Question: What happens if I am late/miss to my scheduled appointment?

Answer: We make every effort to accommodate our customers, however if you are late we will give you the rest of your scheduled time and /or reschedule you if you are more than 15 minutes late. We also have a 24 hour cancellation policy, so if you do need to change or reschedule please do so within the time frame or a fee of $25  per scheduled service will be assessed.

Question: Is there anything I need to do before getting a Brazilian or bikini wax?

Answer: We strongly recommend making sure your hair is ¼ of an inch long before coming in and exfoliating the area.

Question: If I am getting a treatment such as Microdermabrasion or Chemical Peel, Do I have to stop using my PRESCRIBED topical?

Answer: We recommend STOPPING ANY topical use for 5-7 days prior to these treatments.

Question: Can I come early and decompress in the lounge before my appointment?

Answer: The relaxation lounge is made for just that. Please feel free to enjoy some herbal hot tea before your spa treatment.

Question: How do people tip?

Answer: Most of our customers tip 20% for services rendered.

Question: What garments am I supposed to take off for a facial?

Answer: The suggestion is that we ideally would like your top and undergarment removed as we work from the décolleté up. However, if this is uncomfortable we can work with your requirements.

Question: Is it ok if I bring my child with me to get just a brow wax?

Answer: We respect everyone’s relaxation time and this will disrupt other customers, therefore we do not allow any children in the spa, unless they are getting services.

Question: Can you do multiple services at once?

Answer: Our spa is able to accommodate 3 facials or 3 massages at the same time. We also offer spa parties, birthday parties and bridal parties.
